Carly Weinberg is the Founder & CEO of Project Infinity School and Co-Founder of Beyond ABA Therapy. With advanced training in education, speech-language pathology, and applied behavior analysis, Carly specializes in building collaborative, therapy-integrated learning environments that empower neurodiverse students and support families holistically. 

Chelsea McAdams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Chief Operations Officer at Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention (CBPI, LLC). With over a decade of experience across school, home, and clinical settings, she has built her career from direct service delivery to executive leadership. Chelsea specializes in scaling behavioral health organizations through a combination of clinical excellence and operational strategy, with a strong focus on Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), leadership development, and sustainable, clinician-led growth. 

Dana Gold, Ph.D., BCBA-D is the CEO and Executive Director of Optimal Beginnings, LLC, an autism treatment and consulting organization serving families in the Washington, DC region. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a doctorate in Applied Psychology from Columbia University, Dr. Gold has spent more than three decades working in the field of developmental disabilities. Her work focuses on designing behavior analytic programs that promote real-world independence, integrating group-based ABA models, and developing clinical systems that support children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

James Garofalo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lokiten Behavioral Health, a Colorado-based behavioral health company providing psychiatry, intensive outpatient programs, and traditional outpatient therapy. An Army veteran, entrepreneur, author, and artist, James has spent more than 15 years in the mental health field and is passionate about improving access to care through compassionate, evidence-based services and thoughtful use of technology.

Jonathan Weinberg is the Co-Founder of Beyond ABA Therapy, Co-Founder & Chief Development Officer of Project Infinity School, and Co-Founder of The Infinity Next Foundation. With a background in business development and operations, Jonathan is focused on building integrated systems of support for neurodiverse learners and their families through education, therapy, and community-driven care.

Sean Yocum, MA, BCBA, LBA, is the Founder of Hickory Learning Group and a dedicated behavior analyst with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Driven by personal experience as a sibling to an autistic brother, Sean is passionate about reforming ABA to prioritize real-world outcomes, caregiver empowerment, and meaningful independence. He is a strong advocate for caregiver involvement, ethical practice, and building systems that extend beyond the therapy room to create lasting impact in everyday life. 

Shannon Carr is the Owner and Managing Director of Living Soul of New York Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a licensed behavior analyst, nationally certified school psychologist, and ABA leader with over 15 years of experience across schools, homes, communities, and clinical settings. Shannon is passionate about expanding access to high-quality ABA services, supporting Medicaid families, and advocating for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Trish Murray is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Co-Owner of Surfside ABA Therapy, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families.
