Amber Nelms, M.A., BCBA is the Founder and CEO of Triangle ABA, a clinician-owned, parent-designed ABA provider serving families in North Carolina. Inspired by her personal journey as a mother of a child with autism, Amber built Triangle ABA to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that prioritizes meaningful outcomes for children and their families. With over a decade of experience in behavior analysis, she is passionate about leadership in ABA, the neuroscience of behavior change, and helping families and clinicians build lives of independence, growth, and possibility.

Dana Gold, Ph.D., BCBA-D is the CEO and Executive Director of Optimal Beginnings, LLC, an autism treatment and consulting organization serving families in the Washington, DC region. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a doctorate in Applied Psychology from Columbia University, Dr. Gold has spent more than three decades working in the field of developmental disabilities. Her work focuses on designing behavior analytic programs that promote real-world independence, integrating group-based ABA models, and developing clinical systems that support children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
