Erin Stern is the President of STEPS Behavioral Health and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in special education and applied behavior analysis. She has spent nearly two decades building programs and support systems for children and families navigating autism and developmental disabilities.

As a clinician, parent, and organizational leader, Erin brings a family-centered perspective to behavioral healthcare and is passionate about building services that support both the clinical and real-world needs of families while creating sustainable organizations that can grow alongside their communities.
